COVID-19 Update: A Message from the Owner
Dear Clients,
As we remain an "essential service" and partially operational during these times, we wanted to make sure to reach out and let folks know our current services and approach to projects, both on the job site and the estimating side of our operations.
For the time being, N-E Construction will not be entering occupied homes outside of projects started prior to the social distancing orders. In those cases we will only be continuing work for "required" functions in the home. These include kitchen projects, bathroom projects, and work leaving homes susceptible to the elements. We want our clients to be safe, while recognizing that not having these crucial functions in their homes would be very difficult and potentially less sanitary during full quarantine and self-isolation living situations.
We are still looking at exterior work projects and we are available for estimates and calls anytime. In lieu of in-person meetings for estimates and walk-throughs, we are available for video conferences through Zoom, Skype, or Facetime. In addition we encourage emails with photos and descriptions that we can use as a reference during our phone conversations.
We are serious about meeting all social distancing recommendations and health precautions, including, but not limited to: frequent hand washing, masks when working in close proximity with others, gloves, plastic barriers, and basic site sanitation.
We miss our clients and our interactions with folks. We know you put your trust in us as we enter your homes, meet you for the first time, or return for projects over the years. Accordingly, we are making extra efforts to accommodate estimates and planning during this pandemic.
On a personal note, I hope that as you read this you are safe and healthy. I encourage old clients and new to reach out to me anytime with concerns, requests for estimate, or advice on home repair. I know some of you are handy, but might need some tips or consultation about smaller projects. I am there for you in this regard as well.
Thank you and be safe.

"Nate and the N-E Construction team are very conscientious, communicative and caring! Nate maintained a refreshingly open line of communication (by phone, email and text) throughout our project, making us feel valued and well-taken care of. His enthusiasm and energy takes the edge off your renovation angst and fears. He's like the conductor of an orchestra, deftly collaborating with his clients, employees, designers and his many hard-working subcontractors (painters, electrician, plumber, roofers, flooring and tile guys). And N-E Construction finished our project right on time, despite COVID, vendor delays and the unprecedented demand for their capable remodeling services in late 2020." - 5-Stars
